After gaining experience as a web director at a web production and IT service company, Ms. Masuda Chiemi engaged in marketing work at a human resources consulting company.

Since 2016, she has been providing employment counseling support for foreigners job seeker, as well as planning and management of matching events. She is also in charge of administrative support projects in the field of foreigners.

He has worked at advertising agencies and human resources consulting companies, supporting recruitment activities for small and medium-sized enterprises to large companies.

Since 2007, he has been consistently engaged in recruiting foreigners, mainly in Asia, as well as in the domestic human resources field.

Mr. Holmes Truong has over 10 years’ experience in the field of information technology in general, especially in Healthcare IT industry in particular as a senior expert at large-scaled companies in Japan. He had been a system engineer at Konica Minolta Corporation and IT Operations Manager at Konica Minolta Europe.

Actually, he has extensive experience in implementing product development projects with global teams, building up IT solutions to optimize and stream-line business processes, improve system performance and supporting for sales activities.

He graduated Bachelor degree from Hanoi University of Science and Technology with major in Electronics and Telecommunications and Master degree from Tokyo Institute of Technology with major in Digital Signal Processing.

Ms. Huong has over 13 years’ experience in financial market, focusing on corporate finance advisory, organizational restructuring, M&A advisory and transaction services covering market entries, commercial due diligence and financial due diligence. She has extensive knowledge in food & beverages, distribution, pharmaceutical, financial markets, real estates, transport and logistics industries.
She has offered advisory services for major customers including Global Port Holding, PENM, CJ Corporation, Vinachem, VNPT, Vietel Global, Mobifone, Vinacomin Power, Petrosetco, Vina Steel, Handico Finance, IDG, Maruibeni, Komatsu, Maruichi Steel, Samiguel Pure Foods, Energy Corp, Airport Cooperations of Vietnam, etc.
Ms. Huong graduated with a Distinction from Banking University and a Master degree in Professional Accounting and Finance from University of New South Wales, Australia. She used to work for Vina Securities – VinaCapital Corporate Finance, Pricewaterhouse Coopers, BIDV Securities and MBS.

Ms. Huong has over 5 years’ experiences in the Investment Banking Department of top tier securities companies in Vietnam such as: BIDV Securities JSC, MB Securities JSC,

She has hand-on experience on various projects, serving multi-industry clients across Vietnam. Major-sized projects: IPO of Binh Son Oil refinery, strategic sale of Airport Corporation of Vietnam, strategic sale of a major PET bottle manufacturer, new equity issuance of an agricultural producer…

Ms. Huong holds a Master degree of Financial Business at Kyushu University, TOP8 National university in Japan and Bachelor (Hons.) of Finance – Banking at Vietnam National University. She is a CFA lv2 candidate. She was awarded Japanese Government Scholarship 2018.

Ms. Hang has over 10 years of experience in the legal advisory field in both law firms and private groups. She directly joined and advised on multiple deals in terms of legal perspective such as: M&A of IP projects, one of which was the first bad debt trading in Vietnam at that time; Advisory on outbound investments; M&A of several companies (due diligence, negotiation, post-deal closing arrangements); Advisory on equity and debt/bond issuance (deal structure, terms & conditions..); Advisory on making contract templates, corporate governance for the group and subsidiaries

She had been the Head of Legal Department of An Phat Holding Group for 5 years. She holds a bachelor and master degree at Hanoi Law University and is lawyer certified practicing certificate.

Ms. Pham Mai has 18 years’ experience in teaching, research and translation specializing in Japanese. She had also held the position of Labor Manager at a Japanese union for 6 years.

Ms. Mai has a bachelor’s degree from Hanoi Foreign Trade University, majoring in Foreign Economics from the Faculty of Japanese, and a Master’s degree in Economics from Chiba National University.

Ms. My Binh has over 14 years’ experience in teaching at universities, research and translation specializing in Japanese. Besides, she has experience in collaborating with international exchange fund experts on methods of teaching Japanese language.

She graduated from university with the major in Japanese language. She also owns the PhD in teaching methods and the process of acquiring a second language.
